A PLANNING application for the conversion of two barns to make three dwellings and the conversion of an existing stone outbuilding to form one new dwelling at Fountain House Farm buildings, The Green, Clapham, has been approved by Craven District Council planners.

The application was approved in principle in April with a final decision passed to the planning manager subject to a bat survey.

Before the development commences further details are required regarding the construction of the foul and surface water drainage system to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Also, prior to the erection of any stone walling for the boundary walls and the extension a sample panel shall be erected on site for the written approval of the LPA.

Construction of the site and delivery of construction materials are to be limited to 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am to 1pm on Saturday. No work to take place on Sundays or bank holidays.
