A TEENAGER accused of murdering a man in a Skipton park earlier this year, today had a further case management hearing adjourned until December 22.

Brooklyn Bell, 18, of Parkwood Rise, Keighley, appeared before Bradford Crown Court on a video link to HMP Doncaster where he is currently placed on remand.

He has pleaded not guilty to murdering Simon McMinn on July 28 this year.

Mr McMinn, who was in his forties, died after he was stabbed twice in the back and once in the right shoulder in Aireville Park.

The Recorder of Bradford, Judge Richard Mansell QC, adjourned the hearing at the re-quest of prosecutor Peter Moulson QC and Bell’s barrister, Adam Birkby.

Bell’s trial is due to begin on January 17.
