The application, by the Estate of Elizabeth Mason, includes associated works and off-street parking.

The construction of a detached dwelling with associated off street parking at Pennine Haulage, Brow Garage, Rook Street, Lothersdale.
A single storey timber stable block and tack room at Hallen Hill Farm, Piper Lane, Cowling.
Proposed B8 (warehouse and open air storage) storage building at Corn Mill House, Mill Lane, Bradley.
Various tree works at Farnhill embankment, Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
