A LIST of BD23 postcodes showing some of the highest-valued homes across the region has been compiled by Homes sales firm Property Solvers.
Data gathered over the past five years from HM Land Registry states in Hetton, four properties sold for an average of £746,250. In Rylstone, five sold for an average of £726,000 while Grassington Road, Skipton, saw 10 sell for an average £670,600.
Elsewhere, using a similar format, property averages were £650,750 in Hellifield Road, Gargrave; £641,125 in Draughton; £627,525 in Wood Lane, Grassington; £625,750 in Calton and £620,822 in Cracoe.
Some of the most affordable streets in Skipton include Broughton Mews where four properties sold for an average of £102,250. Others were Haw Bank Court (av £105,125) Alexandra Court (av £111,250), Moorview Road (av £111,690), Sawley Street (av £119,658) and Bowling Terrace (av £121,333). The average in Kendal Close, Hellifield was £114,833.
