The Devonshire Hotels Group has launched its new ‘Canine Retreats’ programme to coincide with National Pet Month this April.
The event celebrates responsible pet ownership during this month-long focus campaign, which also highlights the social and health benefits to be enjoyed from pet ownership.
This is closely aligned to The Devonshire Hotels Group’s dog-friendly ethos, where dogs are actively made welcome across their wide range of holiday accommodation.
Top of the list is the promise of doggy adventures across open countryside, exploring the inspiring national parks and rural locations.
Guest rooms have a canine-friendly welcome pack and each venue has a dog menu and a dining rooms has been created to dogs can dine with their owners
Richard Palmer, Managing Director of The Devonshire Hotels and Restaurants Group, said: “We’ve always been dog friendly at our hotels and boltholes, and now we’re taking this proposition even further, to give both owners and pets alike the very warmest of welcomes and the very best of experiences when they choose to stay with us at one of our wide range of properties, all set in magnificent countryside, which both dogs and owners alike will love exploring.”.”
Costs are added to the guests’ stay - £15 per dog per night, for hotel and inns, and an additional £20 to include the optional four-poster bed hire, per dog per night.
