A 47 YEAR old Barnoldswick man has been ordered to pay £816 in a fine and costs for failing to give information about the driver of a vehicle believed to have been guilty of a road traffic offence.
Timothy Dunne was charged with failing to give the information when asked to do so on December 18, last year, by West Yorkshire Police.
The case against him was proved in his absence by Bradford Magistrates Court on April 11.
Dunne, of Calf Hall Road, Barnoldswick, was fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a surcharge of £66. His licence was also endorsed with six points.
A separate charge of exceeding a 30mph speed limit on October 21 last year in Wighill Lane, Walton, Wetherby by driving at 37mph was withdrawn by the court.
