THIS year’s Gargrave Open Gardens is to be held on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19. The much loved community event returns after last year’s mightily successful first ever weekend event. A variety of garden gems will be open each day from 11am to 5pm, alongside live music provided by musicians in selected gardens. Lunches and refreshments will be served at Gargrave Village Hall, with all proceeds going to St Andrew’s Church, Gargrave. Look out for a repeat of last year’s Quirky Container competition run by Linda at the Dalesman.
Discounted advance weekend tickets priced at £6, will be available from June 7 at the Twin Locks Garden Centre. Visitors on the day will be able to buy weekend tickets for £8 at Gargrave Village Hall. Visit: gargraveopengardens.com for more information.
