A HOUSING association has applied for planning permission to convert a terrace house in Broughton Road Skipton, into flats.
Housing and care provider, Sanctuary Housing Group, has submitted plans to make alterations to 24 Belle Vue Terrace, to turn it into three flats.
Craven's environmental health department comments that if permission is given, 'the applicant should take all relevant precautions to minimise the potential for disturbance to the occupiers of neighbouring properties in terms of noise and dust during the demolition and construction phases of the development'.
Sanctuary is one of the UK's largest providers of housing, care and commercial services.
Its website says it was set up more than 50 years ago to 'deliver housing and care to those who need it'.
