ALL Creatures Great and Small fans have the chance to live in part of the fictional Skeldale House after a flat in the privately-owned Grassington building used for filming has come up for rent.

The two-bed flat at £575 per calendar month is being marketed by Belvoir!

The flat forms part of a house in The Square, in Grassington, which doubles as Siegfried Farnon's (played by Samuel West) veterinary practice.

The small screen adaptation is based on the books by Yorkshire vet Alf Wight, who used the pen name, James Herriot.

Cringley House in Askrigg, near Leyburn, was used as the location for the Skeldale House veterinary practice during filming in the 1970s and '80s for the original BBC series.
