POACHER has been fined after trespassing on land on the Bolton Abbey Estate and taking hares.
Adam Colderley, 28, of Poplar Avenue, Horwich, Bolton, pleaded guilty before Manchester and Salford magistrates on June 18 to one charge of trespass at night and destroying game on January 30 this year.
Colderley was fined £65 and a surcharge of £34. There was no order for costs.
