FOUR brothers originally from Settle’s Mill Close are set to head home to play a show at the Victoria Hall Theatre.

The four - Eoin, Fergus, Donal and Eugene Gaine will be working under the band name, Dubinski, and will appear on stage on Friday, July 15, 8pm to 10.30pm.

The lads’ appearance in Settle is part of the tour they are embarking on before the release later this year of their debut indie rock album ‘Law of Attraction’ through the Gnu Roam/Kartel Music Group.

The brothers moved to the Highlands early in their childhood where, through their isolation and developing love of music, they inevitably started playing music together.

Eventually moving to Edinburgh to study, the brothers took their music from the bedroom to the studio. They have since toured the UK extensively; including a headline set at T in the Park’s breakthrough stage as well as appearances at Belladrum, Kendal Calling and Sound City, Liverpool.

Several highly successful tours of Ireland, Spain and Portugal have followed.

Having forged their craft with the help of older brothers Ned (RIP) and Tommy, plus Settle musician Sam Lawrence of Yorkshire’s Secret Studio (who first loaned Eoin a drum kit), they’ve now recorded their album at RAK studios, London, with Grammy Award winning producers Mike Horner and Robbie Nelson.
