Skipton Magistrates' Court
A WARRANT has been issued without bail for a Skipton man charged with driving whilst disqualified.
Shaukat Hayat, 49, of Ruskin Avenue, had been due to appear this morning (Friday) before magistrates in Skipton but did not attend.
He is charged with driving a vehicle in West Road, Carleton, on January 1 this year, while banned from the road.
Magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest on instruction from the Crown Prosecution Service.
