EMPLOYEES of architects and design firm Bowman Riley took on a variety of challenges over a 24 hour period and raised more than £1,000 for the charity Dementia Forward.
Challenges included hiking to the summit of Penyghent at sunrise, crocheting Dementia Cannula Sleeves; cycling from Bingley to Leeds, and spending an hour in a cardboard box without any distractions.
The firm, which has branches in Skipton and Leeds, was delighted to smash its target of £1,000.
Bowman Riley has been supporting Dementia Forward over the last two years, and has already taken part in various fundraising events to help the charity supporting families across North Yorkshire.
A spokesperson for Dementia Forward said: “Dementia Forward would like to thank all the team who have been involved in this fundraising.
