THE Flip Side Cafe in Skipton is fast becoming a foodies favourite.

The cafe, in Swadford Street, changed hands about a month ago and is now owned by businesswoman Hayley Kitching.

Hayley says she has taken the already popular Creperie to the next level by introducing her own, signature milkshakes ‘bubble teas’ and ‘popping fruit bobas - liquid filled bubbles of fruit flavoured juices that ‘pop’ in the mouth when drunk.

She says she has also established a name for the cafe as a place where vegan and gluten free customers can be assured of something good to eat or drink.

In addition, customers can enjoy the usual sweet and savoury crepes, such as American stack pancakes and even a ‘full English breakfast crepe’ complete with egg and bacon, and toasties. And, the cafe is dog friendly.

The cafe is open every day, including Sundays, from 10am to 4pm.
