THE managing director of the Coniston Hotel and Spa, at Coniston Cold, is to appear at Harrogate Magistrates' Court tomorrow, Thursday, September 8, charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving.
Nicholas Bannister, 63, of Bell Busk, is alleged to have caused the death of Judith Wadsworth, 66, from Baildon, following an incident in the grounds of the Coniston Hotel on February 7, 2020.
A plea is expected to be entered at the hearing.
