THE hunt is on for stunning images that capture the beauty of the Forest of Bowland.
Both experienced and amateur photographers are welcome to take part in the competition which is being organised by the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
Organisers say they are looking for landscape or wildlife images, or people enjoying activities in the area - whatever captures Bowland at its best through every season.
First prize is a two night stay at Laythams Hayloft, in low season, donated by Laythams Holiday Lets Retreats, and the winning and shortlisted images will appear in the 2023 printed Bowland Discovery Guide and on AONB supported websites and social media.
Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 21. Up to three images can be submitted. A shortlist will be made by the AONB team and the finalists will go to a public vote. Find out more at: www.forestofbowland.com/upload-your-photos
