BLKRAT Giraffe Teamwear of Skipton has delivered a football shirt to Deadpool star and Wrexham AFC co-owner Ryan Reynolds.
The Hollywood A-Lister recently funded the purchase of a new kit for the junior futsal and football club FC United of Wrexham, and as a thank you was sent his one personalised jersey.
The club took to Twitter to share a snap he had sent them from his home across the pond and it received great feedback from his followers. Adam Hardwick and Lee Shaw, both of Skipton, created BLK RAT Giraffe Teamwear in 2022 when Adams BLK RAT Cricket brand merged with Lees Giraffe Sports UK coaching venture. Lee had designed kits for Skipton RFC, rugby clubs in Tanzania and his own giraffe print designs but Adam was already well established in the industry through his family business MC Sports.
Their first client together was the Tanzanian national rugby Union side but the recent deal with Wrexham has made great waves and BLKRAT Giraffe Teamwear hopes this huge boost from Ryan will see them grow in the future.
