FREE business advice will be on offer at the Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre near Settle.

Twice a month sessions will be taken by Alison Laws, business relationship manager from the York and North Yorkshire Growth Hub.

The one-to-one drop-ins will be held in The Hub at the centre during the morning of the first and third Wednesday of every month. They will start on June 21 with further sessions planned for Ingleton i-Centre.

Sessions are open to all firms and pre-booking is not necessary.

Ms Laws will help firms with information, diagnosis and brokerage support service to ensure that SMEs receive the government funded business support they require to meet their needs.

Ms Laws said: “Owners and managers are invited to call in to discuss all things business over a brew. We can cover whatever they need to start, thrive or survive”.

If the Wednesday drop-ins are not viable for business owners needing one-to-one advice, appointments can be made to meet separately by contacting Alison on alison.laws@ynygrowthhub.com.

The drop-in sessions, from 9.30am to 1.30pm, are a legacy of the Langcliffe Quarry Enterprise Centre Project delivered by the former Craven District Council with funding support from the European Regional Development Fund and the York and North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership to provide purpose-built workspace and support for local businesses.
