A THEATRE company is appealing to people to send it their favourite images of the Dales as it prepares for its autumn production of Calendar Girls The Musical.
Skipton Musical Theatre Company is to perform the musical, written by Take That's Gary Barlow, and Tim Firth, at Skipton Town Hall in October.
And it is looking for photos or short videos of view of the Dales to form the start of the production.
Director, Best Jay, said: "The show opens with the character of John - based on the real John Baker - singing about how wonderful Yorkshire is. We thought it would be great to use people's favourite views. The winning shot will then become our 'backcloth' and the winner will get two free tickets to see the show," he said.
The musical is based on the play, Calendar Girls, written by Tim Firth, and the film Calendar Girls, written by Tim Firth and Juliette Towhidi.
