THE go-ahead is being sought for the planned residential conversion of an agricultural building in Gisburn Road, Barnoldswick.
A prior approval notification application - part of permitted development rights - for the conversion of the building to the east of Crook Carr Farm to five homes has been submitted to Pendle Council.
The council will decide whether the development is permitted, or whether a planning application is required.
Other applications lodged with Pendle Council include: Permission in principle for one dwelling at High Lea, Manchester Road, Barnoldswick; erection of one detached bungalow with associated access, parking and landscaping at land to the south of Ardendene, Dotcliffe Road, Kelbrook; variation of condition to change window design and materials of planning permission at Rawlins Court, Riley Street, Earby,Barnoldswick.
