CRAVEN u3a - formerly University of the Third Age - is delighted after recruiting 200 new members at an open event in Skipton in August.
Most of its 83 activities groups are now full, but there are still a few spaces left on groups including a new Sunday lunch club, its First Thursdays club, and also 'days out with a bus pass'.
Members, and potential new ones are welcome to the monthly meeting of the club at Champions Church, Carleton Road, Skipton, from 10am to 12 midday on Saturday, September 9.
Help will be at hand if anyone needs help joining us or selecting courses. Spaces are also available on creative arts and crafts, performing arts, games and fitness, including croquet, racket-ball and bridge, as well as languages and film, and much more.
