COMMUNITY singers the All Together Now choir have been spreading Christmas cheer by singing at a care home and a school in Skipton.
On December 5 the choir visited Eller Beck Court in Raikes Road where they sang well loved festive songs, including Winter Wonderland and Sleigh Ride. Their audience joining in, making for an enjoyable, festive afternoon.
On December 6 the choir made 'a very special memory' when they visited Brooklands Community Special School, performing festive favourites, including Jingle Bells, and Slade's 1973 hit Merry Christmas Everybody. The children absolutely loved it, dancing and singing with energy and enthusiasm.
Choir director Chris Kemp said: "It's days like today that show me why we do what we do in our communities."
The ATN Choir meets on Thursdays at 10am in the Trinity Methodist Church, Duckett Street, Skipton, and always welcomes new members. Email Chris at admin@atnsing.co.uk
