SMALL business S&S Home Care based in Silsden is celebrating after being named Yorkshire Home Care Provider of the Year in the Prestige Awards.
The family run business, based in Bolton Road, has been running for 28 years.
Tim Etherington, director, said the business was delighted with the award, which he put down to the hard work of its carers and the wide variety of tasks they carried out for their clients who came from across Keighley, Silsden, Skipton and Ilkley.
He said: "This accolade is a testament to the hard work and outstanding care our experienced carers deliver on a daily basis.
"Come rain or shine, we endeavour to get to each and every one of our clients on time, showing up no matter what, every day. Our visits are so important for them to maintain as much independence as they can within their own homes, consistency and punctuality is so important to the elderly and vulnerable.
"Our staff cover a wide variety of tasks dependent on each individual service user from personal cares to meal prepping and from social days out to correspondence calls."
