PLANS for the part demolition and rebuilding of a redundant barn to the north of Draughton Hall, Low Lane in Draughton, have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council.
It is also proposed to build an extension to turn the former barn into a home, together with the laying out of access, car parking and landscaping.
Other plans lodged with the council are: Proposed two storey extension to north elevation of 2 Burnside Crescent, Skipton, and replacement detached garage; demolition of existing outbuilding and build replacement kitchen/utility in same position at 45 Castle Street, Skipton; removal of chimney, inspection of roof slates and replace slates as necessary, installation of heritage skylight and replacement of the internal ceiling at Rallinbrow, Bankwell Road, Giggleswick, Settle.
