COMMUNITY choir All Together Now has handed out nearly 500 Easter eggs to charities and hospital trusts to give to children over the holiday.
The choir, whose members come from Skipton, Baildon, Bingley and Harrogate, has donated eggs to different places, including the Skipton branch of Carers Resource, the children's ward of Airedale Hospital, Martin House Hospice and the Candlelighters charity.
At the children's ward of Airedale Hospital they were told the children would love the eggs, while at Carers Resource, which supports young carers, they heard that the gift would be very much appreciated by young carers, who spent their time thinking and looking after others.
The choir's musical director Chris Kemp said: "Choir members have given a whopping 491 Easter eggs. This means they have made 491 children across our communities smile this Easter. I am truly lost for words."
