POLICE say a man in his 30s was arrested yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) following an incident in Kildwick.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said at 5pm yesterday: "He remains in custody at this time. Enquiries are ongoing, and we are extremely grateful to members of the public who contacted us with information."
Police issued an appeal for information yesterday morning following an alleged assault of a female jogger.
