PERMISSION is being sought to build a new home near to Meadow Park Court in Barnoldswick.
The principle of the development for a single dwelling to the north east of Meadow Park Court is being asked of Pendle Council.
Other applications recently received by the council for the West Craven area include: The change of use of a workshop at 14A Cemetery Road, Earby, to residential use; internal alterations to existing single storey side extension at Lane Ends Farmhouse, Brogden Lane, Barnoldswick, to form a bedroom, bathroom with accessible lobby and a utility room; widening of existing rear external door, removal of existing garage door and formation of a new window opening to new bedroom; permission in principle for one dwelling on site of Fernbank Mill, Fernbank Avenue, Barnoldswick.
