PLANS to replace an existing single storey extension at 27, Quernmore Drive in Kelbrook have been submitted to Pendle Council.
The application includes the demolition of the side extension, garage, shed and greenhouse, and then the erection of a two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, new detached garage/office, and also the formation of parking and turning areas.
Other applications recently submitted to Pendle Council in the West Craven area are: Removal of a Goat Willow tree in a Conservation Area at Joiners Cottage, 28A Aspen Lane, Earby; Variation of planning permission on land opposite The Barn, Ben Lane, Barnoldswick.
