A DANCE event has proved so popular that it is set to make a return in October.

Grassington Town Hall played host to the 'COME Traditional Dales Village DANCING!' event on Saturday, March 2 - and the event was so widely and happily enjoyed that an encore was requested.

The ceilidh band Buttered Peas will return for the sequel event, and so will caller Terry Evans.

The evening of tunes and Dales dances will take place on October 12, from 7pm to 10pm, again at Grassington Town Hall.

Doors open at 6.30pm.

Tickets are £10 on the door, or £8.50 in advance when purchased from www.ticketsource.co.uk or Grassington Hub.

Accompanied under-18s and refugees can attend for free.

There will be a licensed bar and interval refreshments (cash only).
