THE Co-op has thanked its customers and members for their patience during recent 'stock availability challenges' linked to the recent cyber-attack on the Co-op Group.
Co-op stores, including at Gargrave, have seen empty shelves over recent weeks as a result of the attack.
Now, as a token of its appreciation, Central Co-op is offering special promotions until June 20. Members and customers signed up to Central Co-op emails will get £1.50 off when they spend £15; while those who spend £20 in one of its stores will get a free coffee, or voucher.
Debbie Robinson, Chief Executive of Central Co-op, said: “We are truly grateful for the support shown by our members and customers during a difficult time. These offers are a small gesture of thanks as we return to full service, putting the products you love back on shelves, and continuing to put community at the heart of everything we do.”
