Is there a big cat roaming wild around one of the Dales’ famous Three Peaks – and has his cover been blown by the snow?
Speculation that some creature – possibly as large as a puma – could be on the prowl in North Craven follows the discovery of paw prints in the snow on the slopes of Penyghent.
The news has pricked the ears of the British Big Cat Society, which says there have been a number of reports of sightings in the past month around the Dales.
