PLANNING officers at the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority have refused permission for an extension and garage alterations at Cherry Trees, Hebden, to form a home for a key worker.
They said the plan failed to satisfy the employment criteria, the development would have an adverse impact on a traditional building and the access was unsatisfactory.
