THE former Dorothy Perkins and Burton menswear shop in Skipton high street has been cleared of its stock and is now up for rent after its parent company, Arcadia Group, did not renew its tenancy agreement.
The company announced it was closing the shop before the Covid pandemic, but only emptied the store of its stock in the past week.
The ground floor A1 retail premises at 40 to 42 High Street, measuring 2,901 square feet is being advertised by Realla at £78,501 per annum. Business rates are a further £29,750.
The building is understood to be owned by a private landlord.
