GIGGLESWICK’S Sandholme Close residents held a socially distanced fundraiser outdoors on Saturday, December 5, where £220 was raised for the Samaritans charity.
The residents followed Covid-19 guidelines and those who wanted to take part lit up their houses.
A number board raffle was used and those taking part were issued with individual pens.
Soup was served to keep away the chill and children took part in a garden-based treasure hunt.
A sanitised Santa arrived to surprise the children and gave out gifts with sanitised wrappings. Santa then kindly judged the house illuminations.
