THANK you for featuring St Oswald's Horton-in- Ribblesdale in your column "Name the Landmark".
Here is a picture of St Oswald's with last week's Cold Moon (a full moon that lasts for two nights) illuminating Penyghent, our local mountain.
The lights on Penyghent are those of ramblers still descending at 6pm.
Come and walk the route in 2021 and visit our beautiful Romanesque Church, built in 1152.
