I NOTE with interest, and alarm, that the government have authorised the use (albeit on a limited scale) of Cruiser SB neonicotinoid. (A type of pesticide).
Is this the sort of action that we might come to expect now that we have regained our ‘sovereignty’ ?
If so I don’t hold out much hope for those of us who are working to conserve our planet.
As is well known neonicotinoids represent a serious threat to bee populations, which are vital to pollination, and are banned within the EU.
