WHY are the authorities spending money, that could be better used elsewhere, putting out warnings about how to survive really hot weather. The weather that other countries call summer?

Don’t go out in the middle of the day, keep applying sun screen, keep hydrated etc. What is the point of this when every year a big percentage of the population spend their savings or get into debt to fly to hotter countries to experience this very weather.

If they can survive Magaluf or Mykonos without frying to a crisp or dying of thirst one assumes they can cope in their own back gardens without the authorities wasting money stating the obvious.
