CRAVEN League leaders Settle United maintained their perfect start to the season with a 5-3 win at Cowling on Saturday.

A brace of goals from Man of the Match David Worthington, and one each from Aaron Woodhouse, Tom Strickland and Jacob Wroe saw Settle beat the bottom of the Premier Division side.

Cowling, who are without a win this season, had a brace from Kyle Willis and one from Jack Sedgwick.

Skipton Town got its second win of the season when they won 2-0 at FC Sporting Keighley on Saturday.

The game was 0-0 at half-time, but second half goals by Andrew Nicholson and Man of the Match Luke Lockwood secured victory for the Skipton side.

Crosshills stayed at the top of Division One with a 3-1 win against Chatburn at Sawley Road.

Josh Jordan, Scott Newton and Edward Evans all scored for Crosshills with Josh Dean hitting the only goal for the home side.

Cononley Sports Club cruised to a 6-0 win over Silsden Whitestar Reserves at their the Crosshills Road ground.

Cononley were by a brace from Chris Lumsden, and their other four goals were scored by Man of the Match William Leeming, Matthew Phillips, Mish Allen and substitute Josh Pendle.

Settle United Reserves beat Bradley 3-0 behind a pair of goals from John Beckwith and one from Matthew Beckwith.

Rolls Reserves drew 1-1 with Trawden Celtic Junior Reserves. After trailing 1-0 at half-time Rolls' Man of the Match Lewis Routledge pulled a goal back for the visitors.

Five goals from David Greenwood saw Grassington United Reserves beat Bingley Town Reserves 7-2 at Marley. Sean Clayton added a brace for the visitors.

Cowling Reserves beat Barlick Wanderers 4-3 in a close game at Victory Park.

Tom Palmer's brace led Cowling, as Charlie Pociecha and Chris Palmer also scored for the visitors. Daniel Holden scored twice for Barlick and Matthew Shirt had one goal.

Skipton Town Reserve lost 5-1 against Broomhill Reserves at Engine Shed Lane. Naq Hussain scored Skipton's only goal as substitute Jake Smith hit a hit-trick for the visitors.

In Division Two Cup action, Earby Town lost 2-0 to Salts 3rds.

Barnoldswick Barons maintained their narrow lead at the top of Division Three with a 3-1 home win against FC Sporting Keighley Reserves. Matthew Blackwell (2) and substitute Matthew King scored for Barnoldswick.

There were big wins by Salts 4th, who won 9-0 at Otley Town, and Barrowford side iPlay, who beat Cononley Sports Club 2nds 8-0.

Settle United 3rds beat Addingham Reserves 3-2, behind goals by brace from Man of the Match William Smith and one from Ross Wakenshaw. Ian Rosie and substitute Steven Hunt each scored for Addingham.
