NORTH Ribblesdale under-15s maintained their winning streak with a hard-fought 15-0 victory on the road against Kendal on Sunday.
The quality of both defences meant that the first points were not scored until Freddie Spensley's penalty for Ribb on 27 minutes.
Two minutes later, winger Joey Pratt collected the ball in his own 22 and handed off four Kendal defenders in his 70 metre sprint to the line for a superb individual try.
Chances were limited for both sides, but Spensley completed the scoring with a stretch over the line after some nimble work from the base of a ruck.
Prop Jack Walker was man of the match for North Ribblesdale.
