THE Craven FA cup competitions are nearing completion with the Norman Pratt Trophy final at Settle United on Friday, April 25, between holders Rimington FC Reserves and Settle United Reserves.

The Morrison Cup final will also be held at Settle United on Friday, May 3, with holders Barnoldswick Town (EL), courtesy of their dramatic win last Saturday over AFC Barnoldswick, and Ingleton FC, who defeated Cononley Sports, thanks to a brace from Mark Dobson.

The Craven Cup is at the semi-final stage with both games being played at Gargrave AFC.

The first semi-final will be next Tuesday between Rimington, beaten finalists last year, and Grassington United.

The other semi-final was due to be played on Thursday, April 18, but as a mark of respect this has now been changed to Thursday, April 25, due to the funeral of David Bell, a stalwart of Carleton FC for decades, being held on the 18th.

Both semi-finals will kick off at 6.30pm.
