BARNOLDSWICK are top of Section B of the Ribblesdale League's Senior Division after they had a 103-run win against Ribblesdale Wanderers at Victory Park on Saturday.
A century from wicketkeeper Majid Inayat (106no) led Barlick to a score of 259-4.
Inayat, who is now the second leading run scorer in the Senior Division, hit 11 fours and three sixes in his 72-ball innings, as Jack Rietschel (59) and captain Matthew Haines (44no) also made important contributions with the bat.
Barnoldswick limited Ribblesdale to 156 all out, as the league's leading wicket taker, Chalana de Silva, took 3-41 and fellow opening bowler Rietschel took 4-49.
Earby are sixth in the Senior Division after a comprehensive 142-run victory at Applegarth on Saturday.
Put into bat, Earby had solid contributions throughout the batting order, with Girvacques De Jager scoring 72 and pro Ashen Bandara leading Earby to a total of 216 all out.
Earby skittled Euxton out for 74 in the 23rd over, as opening bowlers Jake Hargreaves and Safyan Ahmed took 5-36 and 3-25, respectively.
Barnoldswick also played Ribblesdale Wanderers in the league's 20/20 cup on Friday, but they were beaten by five wickets.
After the first three Barnoldswick wickets fell in just 15 balls, Matthew Haines and captain Adil Khan steadied the ship and put on 76 in a fourth-wicket partnership.
Haines hit six fours and three sixes off 50 balls and Khan scored 14 off 45 balls, but the lower order struggled for runs as Barlick closed on 116-7.
A solid first-wicket partnership of 69 between Michael English (39) and Andrew Needham (30) got Ribblesdale off to a good start before Jack Rietschel (3-18) clean bowled English.
The Wanderers cantered home to a five-wicket victory, scoring 118-5, with 15 balls to spare.
