O'Shea wins David Percy Memorial Trophy at Settle
THE competition for the David Percy Memorial Trophy was a two man race at Settle Golf Club last weekend.
The early pace was set by senior's golfer Colin Green who, through a combination of the occasional good shot and huge slices of good luck, managed to set a very competitive net 71.
The majority of the field struggled to get near this target, but Steve O' Shea put together an outstanding round, which contained five pars and two birdies, to give him a 68 net score and subsequently a comfortable victory.
