SKIPTON Golf Club’s Rabbits captain, Roger Moore, held his annual golf day for members on Saturday which turned out to be of benefit to the early starters.
Leading the placings in Division One was Jason Titorenko, whose 39 points was one ahead of Harry Ayrton, David Grant and Duncan Ward.
Division Two was won on the same score by James Oliver with Robert Elliott taking runner-up spot a point further back.
Skipton’s scratch team continue to impress, this time in the Bradford Union Team Championship held at Skipton, the first major event held here since the recent course improvements.
The team of Gavin Stocker, Harry Ayrton and Sean Lemon took second place in difficult conditions with the latter's 74 being the best of the group.
