THREE karate club students have been achieved Second Dan status following a grading event.
Desmond Daly, Steve Eldrick and Victoria Johnson were all successful at Bradford Shinboku Karate Club's , based at St Peter's Church Hall, Main Street, Cross Hills.
The event was held by chief instructor Ken Lawn and senior instructor Colin Greenwood. Lawn has been training in Shotokan Karate for 50 years and Greenwood for 30 years. Both are senior grade examiners.
Anyone wishing to train with them are urged to call Lawn on 07961 830818 or Greenwood on 07704 434862. This is a small local club and all members must be aged 14 or over.
