BARNOLDSWICK Town put in a good performance to beat Longridge Town 3-1 at Silentnight Stadium on Saturday.
A fantastic header by striker Ric Seear from a free-kick gave Barnoldswick at 1-0 lead with 12 minutes gone.
Three minutes later, Ethan Kershaw made a great run down the right and he lofted his long-range shot over the keeper's head to give Barnoldswick a 2-0 lead.
A crowd of 200 had more reason to celebrate when great guild-up play led to Joseph Noblet slotting home on 27 minutes to give a 3-0 lead, which they took into half-time.
A fantastic display, including several second half stops, by Barlick keeper Ryan Livesey kept Longridge Town at bay until the visitors finally got one back with an own goal from a corner in the 90th minute.
