WITH the sport back in full swing, Skipton Golf Club’s competitive season is well underway and one player is already making his mark.
Ben Murphy took top spot in both the Liversedge Trophy with a net 65 and followed that up by claiming the John Smale's prize with a magnificent stableford score of 46 points.
The men’s section Centenary Trophy was won by Liam Steadman with a net 63, beating Andy Knowles by a shot.
Graham Smyth won a medal in Division One with a net 65, while Robert Dixon took the accolade in Division Two with a net 68.
In the ladies section, Lorraine Raeburn won the June medal and Victory Cup.
