BARNOLDSWICK Town suffered their first defeat in five league fixtures at the weekend after beating beaten 2-1 away at Lower Breck.
It was a flurry of late goals which saw the burst game into life, all three coming in the final 20 minutes of the contest.
Corness struck first for the hosts (Minute 72) to put them into the lead before Chingwaro levelled nine minutes later.
But it didn't take long for the home side to regain the lead, as McGivern replied only two minutes after Town's leveller.
A tough one to take for Andy Clarkson's men, but their recent run of form will surely give them confidence going into the next few league games.
They return to league action next Tuesday (26) where they are on the road again, this time at Whythenshawe Town.
The Saturday after (30), they return to the Silentnight Stadium, where they face off with Skelmersdale United.
