IT'S not every day you get to play at the brilliant "Etihad Campus", the training facilities belonging to Premier League champions, Manchester City.
But on Sunday, Skipton Town Ladies did exactly that when they travelled to Manchester to take take part in the BT Sport Pub Cup, whilst representing Venue Sports & Music Bar.
Town had a brilliant day at the office too, reaching the semi-finals of the tournament after coming through their group with flying colours.
They did lose their opening group fixture 2-0, but they bounced back to win he next two 1-0 and 4-0, respectively.
A 2-0 loss against the eventual tournament winners in the semi-final did not put a dampener on their day's work.
