BARNOLDSWICK Town bounced back from their weekend's FA Vase penalty-shootout defeat on Monday afternoon to collect their second league victory of the season against Wythenshawe FC.
Goals from Brad Carsley, George Chmiel and Matthew Argent-Barnes eased the hosts to a comfortable three points, while the result saw Barlick rise to 12th in the North West Counties Premier Division.
Town's No9, Carsley broke the deadlock just short of half-time as he hit a powerful free-kick from the edge of the box into the far bottom corner of the net.
On minute 59 the home side doubled their advantage, Chmiel finishing off after a dazzling run.
Substitute Argent-Barnes sealed the victory, as he ran onto a through ball, before placing the ball beyond the reach of the visitors' goalkeeper.
Next up for Barlick is a trip to FC United of Manchester in the cup on Saturday, 3pm kick off.
