North Ribblesdale lifting the trophy
A carnival atmosphere in the sunshine saw North Ribblesdale Ladies run out winners of the Skipton RFC Women's Ten's Tournament at Sandylands over the weekend.
Old Brodleians Ladies had looked strong throughout, but North Ribblesdale eventually ran out comfortable winners with a 39-0 victory over Old Brods in the final.
Teams from Skipton, Oldham, North Ribblesdale and Old Brodleians took part in the first stand-alone Women's Ten's Tournament at Sandylands, which was a real festival of rugby and showcased the growth and development of women's rugby in the area.
